Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items

Estimating Shipment time
North America: 11-20 business days
Europe: 6-8 business days
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 13-20 business days
Asia Pacific: 7-14 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 11-20 business days
I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns
I accept return and exchange within 14 days. In this case, please contact us at [email protected]. The product that wants to be exchanged must be returned within 21 days.
For custom-made products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted unless the product was damaged during shipping.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damage in transit
In case of damage during shipping, it must be proved that the damage happened during shipping. In this case, please contact our customer service and the post office in the recipient country. If the package is visibly damaged from the outside, do not accept the delivery.
The customer must pay the return shipping costs. If the product does not reach the seller in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss of value.

Insurance
Parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the courier. Parcels are insured by the post office in Austria up to a certain value limit. In case of damage contact
immediately [email protected] and report it added to your post office in the recipient country.

Cancellations
If you want to cancel a purchase before the goods are shipped, this is possible without any problems. If the order has already been shipped, please contact us at [email protected].

Order Tracking
After your orders have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Item is out of stock
If an item is out of stock, it cannot be shipped until it arrives.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on weight, size, and shipping destination. Payment for shipping is made at the time of purchase. The final price displayed during the purchase process proves the shipping costs to the customer.
